• Candidate search: Our database is made up only candidates who are experienced or have graduated from schools specializing in the sector from early childhood. They are all received during an interview and make the subject of optimal checks of their course by our expert consultants.
• Verification of the candidate file: Our consultants are responsible for to carry out meticulous research and verifications on the Candidates academic, professional and personal background potentials. Verification of diplomas, certificates, record judicial, training, references, work permit checks, passport verification, driving license (points), internet research, etc.
• Candidate interview: The interview of several candidates corresponding to the profile sought is carried out by our consultants. Several steps are carried out during this interview. Test of personality, skills test, simulation, test of knowledge.
